It's our passion!

Our love of ice pops started as a personal challenge to create a healthy snack to satisfy an intense sweet tooth, without any artificial ingredients, and not sacrificing taste.

Taking inspiration from a popular Mexican/South American frozen treat called paletas and Italian gelato and sorbetto, we started experimenting with fruits, vegetables, herbs, dairy and non-dairy milks/creams. Through a lot of trial and error, Pop In Artisan Pops was born.
